Factory reset Ocedo appliances

In case the appliance is unable to connect to CC due to misconfiguration,
a factory reset may be required.
Performing a factory reset will wipe all configuration made and set’s the appliance to
out-of-the-box state.
The appliance will try to connect via fallback mechanism (DHCP) to the CC again
and request it’s configuration.

Important:
Factory reset operation is only available within the first 10 minutes of systems uptime.
Press and hold the reset button as precisely as possible for the time specified,
the appliance will not factory reset if time is below 10 or above 20 seconds.

Gateways

G50/ G50w

Press the green reset button on the chassis rear next to the power cord for 15 seconds.
The following LEDs will begin flashing blue, yellow, red, orange and green

G100

Press the reset button on the chassis rear for 15 seconds.
OLED will show Factory reset… for 2 seconds


Switches

S12

Press the reset button on the chassis rear for 15 seconds.
orange LED will begin flashing until Connect Controller connection is established.

S24

Press the reset button on the chassis rear for 15 seconds.
OLED will show Factory reset… for 2 seconds


Access Points

AP3/ AP5

Detach the access point from mount plate, press the black reset button on the chassis bottom next to the power connector for 15 seconds.
The following LEDs will begin flashing blue, yellow, red, orange and green
